Once approved, submit your first event plan — format, city, date and expected headcount. We'll ship assets and budget in sync.

Submit the event recap
After the event, share photos, attendee count, highlights and feedback — so we can reimburse and turn it into a case study.

I'm not a KOL — I just run a small community of a few hundred people. Can I apply? +
Absolutely. We care about quality, not follower count. If you can host one 20+ person session — speaking yourself or bringing in a speaker who can share Qwenwork — and get it in front of your community, you're a great fit.
How does the event budget work? How do I get reimbursed? +
Submit an "event proposal" first. Once it's approved you can start organizing. After the event, submit your recap and receipts — once approved we transfer the reimbursement.
Do ambassadors need to sign an exclusivity agreement? +
No. Ambassador status is non-exclusive — you can also be part of other communities.
Do I get official assets to work with? +
Of course. We provide logos, key visuals, decks, product handbooks and other official brand assets for you to use.
How long does Seed → Node usually take? +
You upgrade once your yearly event count hits the target — no fixed timeline.
Can I apply if I'm based outside mainland China? +
Yes. The Qwenwork Ambassador program is global. Overseas ambassadors are reimbursed in USD.
